" We had a leak on our roof another company come out to try and fix it this was unsuccessful Craig’s property maintenance came on time and the date said with his co worker to investigate further the roof leek to find the lead flashing around the chimney needed replacing and 2 cracked tiles in the same area this was done 3 weeks ago and had no problems since would highly recommend Craig’s property maintenance as worked very tidy and thorougher.
